Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with the applicable Order Confirmation. They govern the sale by What’s the Word?, a Colorado Corporation to the Customer named on the Order Confirmation.

Guarantee

What’s the Word? guarantees the craftsmanship and workmanship of the WordArt that you have purchased. Upon receipt of your product, please inspect for defects or damage and, if any are discovered, send us photographic proof of the defect or damage within seven days of receipt and we will send you a replacement. What’s the Word? is not liable for choice of images, improper hanging of WordArt, handling or care after receipt and environmental damage caused by such things as humidity or temperature where the WordArt is placed.

Copyright

All photographic images are the property of What’s the Word? and shall not be re-produced or duplicated in any fashion including but not limited to copying or scanning.

Payment Terms

Payment must be received by What’s the Word? prior to What’s the Word? acceptance of an order. Payment for the WordArt will be made through PayPal or through credit card at PayPal’s site.

Title and Risk of Loss

Title to the products shall pass on delivery to the carrier at the point of shipment. Customer shall bear the risk of loss from and after passage of title, provided that if any shipment is lost or damaged by the carrier in transit What’s the Word? will replace the product in accordance with the Guarantee given hereinabove.

Delivery Time

The delivery of the WordArt could take 7-28 business days for a shipment to arrive to the shipping address unless otherwise stated.

Non-Cancellation of Order

Buyers beware that orders may not be cancelled after they are placed.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the extent that the exclusion of such illegal or unenforceable provisions does not materially alter the essential rights and obligations of the parties hereto.

Captions and Headings

The Captions and Headings used in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not be taken into account in construing the meaning or the intent of this Agreement.
